I design eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, as well as crucial information about memberships and safety procedures through the COVID-19 pandemic. I was responsible for the extension of the company’s brand identity via our weekly eNewsletters and I participated in a team effort to win the 2021 Gold Quill Awards of Excellence and Awards of Excellence for The GoodLife Standard email communications. I also build email design templates for a streamlined workflow.
