A holistic and persuasive campaign




In my final semester at Fanshawe College my class was divided into teams of five to pitch, design and develop a professional site and awareness campaign for Organ Donation of Ontario. Each team was comprised of a Project Manager, Front-end Web Developer, Back-end Web Developer, Motion/3D Artist, and Graphic Designer. I performed the role of Project Manager. In this role I oversaw production of all materials.

Through User research we discovered that the most persuasive argument for becoming an organ donor was to share personal experiences. I met a family with a very moving story and produced a motion graphics video that tells their story.

Another obstacle we discovered through user research was that people simply don't have the facts about organ donation. To convey dense information in an attractive way, we designed our website as an infographic with answers to all the most common questions about organ donation and the most interesting or persuasive facts.

We also designed swag that carried our slogan and graphics including, stickers, pins, and t-shirts.
